I founded my own home loan broking business in 2001 and in the intervening years I have racked-up over $120 million in home loans. That’s a lot for just one bloke!

That’s what you get when you use me as your broker, me. Stewart Hine. The bloke with the qualifications, experience and points on the board does all the work so that you get the best result.
Ring me and I will answer the phone. Not some brainless bureaucratic fill-in. No flexitime or RDO’s for me; I’m on the job 100% of the time for you.

If I don’t succeed, I don’t get paid. Because the lender pays me a commission when your home loan settles. If I want to win, then I have to make sure you are a winner first. And you don’t pay me at all, all my pay comes from the lender at no cost to you.

I have done most things in life. I’m an accountant by profession having worked as Financial Accountant in the State Treasury, Accountant of the National Gallery, Finance Director of Midas Mufflers, General Manager of Magian Multi Media, Managing Director of The Video Paint Brush Company and Financial Analyst and Business Advisor to the Myer Family. I even have a personal reference Ken Myer AC DSC. I owned and managed my own chain of florist shops for 6 years. I ran a Management Consulting practice for 2 years. Oh, and I have delivered junk mail, worked in the bottle shop at the local hotel and made pizza.
But I have never worked for a bank, so I come to you without any allegiances to any particular lender.
